Welcome to Maison Pasha. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website maison-pasha.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.
Article 1 — About Us

Article 2 — Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Article 3 — Products
We offer premium accessories for dogs and cats. We make every effort to display our products, colours and specifications as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings. Product images are provided for illustration purposes and have no contractual value.
We reserve the right to modify, add or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice, and to limit available quantities.
Article 4 — Prices
All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). They are inclusive of all taxes: no additional fee or tax is added at checkout. As Maison Pasha is not currently registered for VAT, no VAT is applied to orders.
Delivery is free across the entire UAE territory (see Article 7 and our Shipping Policy). Any delivery fees to GCC countries, where applicable, are shown separately before you confirm your order.
Prices may change at any time, but such changes do not affect orders already confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
Article 5 — Orders
5.1 Placing an order
You select your items, add them to your cart, and complete your order by providing your delivery and payment information. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
5.2 Order acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you the order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing error, or conduct contrary to these Terms.
5.3 Modification or cancellation
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be sent to care@maison-pasha.com within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, the order is processed and can no longer be modified.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made securely online through our approved payment providers. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Buy-Now-Pay-Later options (Tabby), subject to eligibility. Cash on Delivery may be available in selected areas.
All transactions are encrypted and processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not store your card details. If a payment is declined, the order is automatically cancelled.
Article 7 — Delivery
Delivery terms, timeframes and fees are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are indicative and shall not engage the liability of Maison Pasha in the event of a delay attributable to the courier, customs, a case of force majeure, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
Article 8 — Returns and Refunds
Your return and refund rights are described in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and complies with UAE Consumer Protection Law. Any abusive or fraudulent request may be refused under the conditions set out in that policy.
Article 9 — Warranties
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable, and by the statutory guarantees provided under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) against hidden defects and non-conformity. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, negligence, or improper maintenance.
Article 10 — Proper Use of Products
Our products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and the instructions provided. In particular:
- the COVERA smart bowl is designed for indoor use only; it is not waterproof and must not be exposed to direct sunlight, outdoor heat or humidity;
- the car attachment of the NOMADE leash is a restraint system, not a crash-tested safety belt: it is intended to keep the animal in place and cannot guarantee its protection in the event of a collision.
Maison Pasha accepts no liability for damage resulting from use that does not comply with these instructions.
Article 11 — Consumer Rights
As a consumer, you are entitled under UAE law to accurate information about products and prices, to products that conform to their description and are fit for purpose, to the protection of your personal data, and to fair and accessible dispute resolution.
Article 12 — Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL).
Article 13 — Intellectual Property
All original content on the Site — including the brand name "Maison Pasha", our logo, texts, images, graphics and overall design — is the exclusive property of Maison Pasha FZE LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, copying, distribution or use, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Article 14 — Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
Article 15 — Force Majeure
Maison Pasha shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from events beyond its control, including: sandstorms, extreme weather conditions, governmental restrictions or decisions, border or trade-route closures, geopolitical conflicts, regional or international tensions, airspace restrictions, courier failures or delays, customs disruptions, or any other case of force majeure affecting the production, supply or delivery of orders.
Article 16 — Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at contact@maison-pasha.com so we can seek an amicable solution. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to the UAE Ministry of Economy / relevant Consumer Protection authority, or to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
Article 17 — Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes and best practices. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
